Post-launch support is optional and quoted on request. Your firm does not have to buy ongoing support to keep using the implementation it owns.
How does paid Discovery differ from the free Diagnostic?
The free remote Diagnostic is an initial workflow review. Paid Discovery is a scoped workflow and systems assessment with KPI baselines and a build roadmap your firm owns. Its fee is credited to the build if you proceed within 60 days.
How is the build price and success criteria agreed?
Each build is scoped and quoted before implementation. Agree the workflow, baseline, review requirements, and acceptance criteria in the engagement. Do not treat an illustrative workflow or vendor time-saving claim as a guaranteed financial result.
How is confidential client data handled during a paid engagement?
Every MSA includes a no-train clause: your data is never used to train models. Work happens in your tenant with least-privilege access, DMS permissions respected end to end, and audit logging on all data access — the controls ABA Formal Opinion 512 expects firms to verify before adopting AI tools.
Who owns the governance of what gets built?
Your firm does. We build inside your governance framework — approved tools, tiered human review, testing and logging — and if you don't have one yet, establishing it is part of the engagement. Licensed attorneys make all legal judgments; engineers build and operate the systems.
How long does implementation take, and how much lawyer time does it need?
The pricing page describes Discovery as 1–2 weeks onsite, a single-workflow build as 6–10 weeks, and a multi-workflow program as 10–20 weeks. Enterprise scope is established after Discovery. Actual timing and lawyer participation are agreed in the project plan.
